Why I'am be a Blogger?

 Assalamualaikum.. hye peeps .. Actually I create this blog for my Computer Applications Assignment (ICT)  .  If you do not feel up whenever I will not be blogging. Thanks a lot  to my lecturer Mrs Nor Azlina Binti Kassim very helpful and assisted us. Also do not forget to my  parents who often encourage and pray for me. To my friends the most helpful as well, coaching each other.I'am from zero then.. now , maybe I can a hero.. hehe.Now , I know, through with blog we can improve our knowledge indirectly, cause we share each other we can tell and we can see, and we can listen.. BABY GIRL


Hye!!!! Assalamulaikum....Today I want to share about my cute cousin ... Her name is Qalisya Ummairah .. She's so cute baby girl.. She was born on 23 April 2011.. She is my cousine.. I love her so much.. She is very spoilt child. She is youngest sister from 4 siblings. Now she is 3 years old. I like when she try to calling 'aaayaaaahhhh. Ummairah....  I love and very miss you baby..Kiss and hug you ... Mmmmuuuaahh ! Thanks for reading..:)

WEDDING OF MOONFLOWERS


“The embrace is piercing,

Moonflower, a radiant moonflower with the shade of purple and white. A deadly nightshade, mother of thorny apples and dream weaver. I cusp you inside my palm as prayer is bestow upon us. Husband and Wife. I will devour you foran anticholinergic delirium; a complete inability to differentiate reality from fantasy and I will burst into fiery wildflower of violence, small dagger that I kept close to my thigh, unsheathe and it will dance as I agitated with madness of moonflower. How I want to see  you for the last time, so you can see me dancing!

BE A DOER NOT A TALKER

Conversely, individuals that claim to have strong goals, but don’t really are talkers, and they:

v  Become sidelined by peers and are labeled as dreamers
v  Fail to deliver and make excuses

Tutorial How to Edit Art of Picture


Assalamulaikum, Hye peeps !For this Picture I use the Photo Editor iPiccy Software .
  •       The original picture


  •     Click the crop the picture then click apply



  • Click the an effect button  then choose the effect we want..it’s easy right? And for this picture I choose the William effect.



  • Click the area Focul B&W then apply.. if cannot apply we must sign in first (facebook) also can use.


  • Choose the texture we want, and  I use the paper texture because look very classic.


  • Next,  I add  the text at  my  picture at Layer ‘T’ button. Then I  write text  my friend name and I at this  picture.
  •  Next, I ensure center the text properly.





  • I choose the  floral  at the layer button to  add in my picture.




  • The final of picture is  taraaaaa....we can say ... 'The Art of Picture' ….  WEE J

OMEGA- FOR BOOSTING YOUTH ‘S BRAIN POWER


                Hye peeps ! Assalamualaikum...:) You know  how important Omega-3 for our body ? our brain? hehehe..So … last week I has done read from STARS  ..Then, I interesting about the article story about Omega -3 can boosting youth’s brain power.  As we know a small study shows that increased omega-3 intake among young adults could serve to heighten their brain power even while they’re at top of their ‘cognitive’ game.
While a slew of studies have vaunted the health benefits of omega-3s for everything from cognitive function to eyesight and heart health in older adults, researchers from the University of Pittsburgh claim that theirs is the first study of its kind for focusing on the impact of the fatty acid on young people.
For the study, scientist recruited 13 healthy young men and women between the ages of 18 and 25 who were instructed to boost their omega-3 intake with supplements over six months. “So, many of the  previous studies have been done with the elderly or people with medical conditions, leaving this unique population of young adults unaddressed”, said lead researcher Matthew Muldoon in a statement. “But what about our highest-functioning periods? Can we help the brain achieve its full potential by adapting our healthy behaviors in our young adult life ? We found that we absolutely can.”

Before the experiment , blood samples were analyzed for baseline measurements, and subjects also performed a working memory test that required remembering  a series of letters and numbers. After six month of taking omega-3  supplement, participants  performed the test again. The results of the study found correlation between improved cognitive function and increased omega-3 intake, researchers say. Dietary sources of omega -3, meanwhile, include fatty fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel, as well as soy beans , flaxseed oil and walnuts.

TOP 10 WAYS TO BEAT THE HEAT?

 Hye peeps ! Assalamualaikum..

In recent weeks, temperatures have been hitting an all –time high as the dry spell rages on. The heat can bring about effects such as fatigue, dehydration , dry eyes and, for some , excessive sweating. My friends and I also  have the same feel.. it’s not comfortable to make the work. But I found a few  tips to beat the felt. 
 How to stop the hot and dry spell from getting  to you ???

Now, I have 10 the best ways  to beat the Heat!
We may not may be able to change the weather , but here are 10 things we can do to stay cool in this hot spell.


   
Wear a cap when you go out.
Bring a cap with you when heading out for a walk or jog under the hot sun. Not only does it keep the sun out of your eyes, but it also keep your head cool. And for those of us without hair, wearing  a cap will certainly protect your scalp from getting a nasty sunburn.


Drink lots of water.
Too much sweating can lead to dehydration . During this hot spell, carrying a bottle of water with you at all times is definitely a good idea. To keep  cool and properly hydrated, be sure to drink enough fluids throughout the day. Alternatively, cool drinks and isotonic beverages can help to quench your thirst.



Wear breathable clothing
Wearing tight or form –fitting clothes in hot weather is a bad idea. Your body will not be able to breathe and unsightly sweat marks will quickly form on your clothes. Avoid this problem by wearing breathable, cotton-based clothes that are comfortable and do not cling to your body.


  
Close the blinds or curtains to keep sunlight out.
The bright sunlight through your window can be pretty glaring, so shut those blinds or curtains to minimize sunlight. It makes your room a little cooler, and it helps when you’re trying to sneak in an afternoon nap.


  
Carry an umbrella when out and about.
Umbrellas don’t just shield you from the rain, but the sun too. Using one can help protect you from long –term exposure that causes sunburn, or worse , skin damage .Some may think that it looks uncool to carry an umbrella around, but it’s better to be prepared than to be soaked in sweat or rain.




 Eat ‘aiskacang’  or ice –cream
On a hot sunny day, nothing beats the heat like a delicious bowl of aiskacang . If that does  not strike your fancy, have a bowl of cendol instead, or head to the nearest convenience store for an ice cream or two.Yummmyyy!!


Stay indoors
If you cannot bear the heat while outdoors, then maybe it’s a better idea to stay inside. Use the fan instead of air conditioning if you want to save electricity. Have a nice cold drink to keep you  hydrated and tune in to your favourite TV show to get your mind off the intolerable heat.



       Wear sunglasses especially when driving
Put on a pair of sunglasses to keep the glaring sun and dust particles out your eyes. This is pretty important when driving on a hot day. It may not exactly do anything to keep your body cool , but it certainly makes you look cool.

 Go for a swim at the pool.
Taking a dip in the swimming pool keeps you cool and it doubles as a good form of  exercise. Some prefer to swim when it’s not so hot. No matter what you choose , be sure to put on healthy dose of sunblock before heading out.

   

Enjoy the air conditioning at a shopping  centre
Not everyone owns an air-conditioning unit at home, but you can still enjoy air-conditioning at places like the shopping centre or public library. Reading a good book in a cool library can take your mind off the heat, or you can do some shopping or even catch a movie while at the mall.
